ASIAN CHICKEN
Dry Rub for the Chicken
1/2 Tsp Black Pepper 1/2 Tsp Chili Powder
1/2 Tsp Onion Powder 1/2 Tsp Tumeric
1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder 1/2 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp Cumin 1/2 Tsp Ground Ginger
2 Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breasts cut into small chunks. Apply dry rub generously and let marinate for an hour. (Note: You can also marinate overnight in the refrigerator for enhanced flavor)
Chicken
Pre-heat Wok – Medium Heat
Add 3 Tbsp of Olive Oil
Add chicken and cook until juices run clear (about 10 minutes)
Stir constantly so chicken doesn’t stick
Once the chicken is done, remove from Wok and set side
