ASIAN DIPPING SAUCE

Ingredients:

¼ Cup of Chopped Onion

1 Clove of Garlic Minced

1 Tbsp of Fresh Minced Ginger Root

1 Tsp of Lemon Juice

¼ Cup of Low Sodium Soy Sauce

¼ Tsp Sugar

¼ Tsp White Vinegar

Directions:

Using a blender, combine all ingredients. Pour into a Tupperware bowl, and seal with a lid. Place in the refrigerator to chill.

Use on Chicken, Shrimp, Steak or Vegetables as desired.
