CHILI

Ingredients:

1 lb Ground Hamburger Meat, cooked and drained of grease

¼ Cup of Chopped Onion

¼ Cup of Chopped Bell Pepper

1 Cup of Dried Red Beans

2 Cans of Low Sodium Tomato Sauce

1 Cup of Water

3 Tbsp of Chili Powder

½ Tbsp of Black Pepper

1 Tbsp of Onion Powder

1 Tbsp of Garlic Powder

Directions:

Combine cooked hamburger meat with all other ingredients into a Crock Pot and cook on Low for 4-5 Hours.  Check Red Beans for Tenderness.
